Thunderstruck does not have a general schedule format that we follow at our Regional Competitions. Every regional schedule is set up based upon the breakdown of entries. The schedule is set up to best accommodate the competition and to utilize time in the most efficient way possible. This would not be possible if we followed a pre-determined format. Events will not be scheduled to perform earlier than 7:00AM on any day. Every effort will be made to schedule the last entry to perform no later than 10:00PM on Sunday nights.
Thunderstruck usually runs on or ahead of schedule. We recommend all performers be prepared at least 2 hours before your scheduled time. Please be prepared to perform when scheduled. Legitimate costume change issues of less than four routines will be accommodated. In the interest of running on time, Thunderstruck reserves the right to modify the schedule. The wrongful holding of numbers may result in disqualification. If you are rehearsing your routines when you are supposed to be on stage performing, Thunderstruck reserves the right to withhold the routine from overalls or may lead to a point deduction.
Entry fees are non-refundable but are transferable if the contestant or Studio wish to apply it to another competition within the same competitive season upon Thunderstruck’s approval. In the circumstance of individual dancer injury, Thunderstruck will provide a 50% credit for the dancer’s non-competed routines to the Studio. Studio must submit a letter listing the competitor’s affected routines. A medical certificate or doctor’s note must also be provided. Credit notes are valid for one year and can be used by the studio for future entry fees or merchandise. With no exceptions, there are no refunds for entries that fail to perform at the competition. Entry fees are non transferable to other dancers.

Thunderstruck reserves the right to add additional competition days or move the competition location due to unforeseen circumstances.
